VIMERCATI PHSY 150 X 3050 CNC press brake was built in 2011 in Italy by VIMERCATI s.n.c. The rigid, internal stress-free design, combined with reliable components, makes the machine ideal for even the most intensive machining of workpieces with a maximum length of 3050 mm. The machining process is performed by a slider operating with a force of 150 tonnes, which is guided on double external and internal sliding guides. The back stop, on the other hand, is driven by brushless servomotors, which ensure achievement of high feed rates combined with excellent positioning precision.
The HCL (Hydraulic Crowning Linear) system, patented by VIMERCATI, allows for perfect bends to be realised both in the centre of the press and on its sides. The result is perfect bending uniformity, confirmed by the same angle over the entire length of the bent part, regardless of its type or dimensions. The PHSY 150 X 3050 CNC hydraulic press brake also features a wide range of equipment, including among others an intuitive CYBELEC CNC control, a measurement and motion control system for the Y1, Y2 axes and tools.
