3D laser cutting machine TRUMPF TruLaser Cell 7040 was built in 2010 in Germany by TRUMPF Laser- und Systemtechnik GmbH. The machine, which is designed for precision laser cutting and laser welding, is an excellent choice for businesses operating in the broad field of automotive technology.

Two- and three-dimensional workpieces, profiles and tubes are machined inside an enclosed workspace with a large table and 5-axis workhead. The 5 kW laser beam, generated by a reliable source with the highest energy efficiency, provides completely new possibilities for shaping the geometry of the workpiece. In addition to standard cutting and welding, it allows, for example, the creation of through-holes and the trimming of external contours.
