3DGence INDUSTRY F420 3D printer was manufactured in Poland in 2020. The specialist 3D printer was designed for the production of spare parts or finished components used in final products. The device is characterised by a high printing speed reaching up to 400 mm/s, significantly shortening the printing process and the possibility of using durable, industrial filaments, such as ULTEM™ or PEEK.
A large and versatile working chamber with dimensions (L x W x H) of 380 x 380 x 420 mm and a volume of 60 648 cm3 allows for printing large models without dividing and combining them later, or entire production series in one go. The chamber maintains a high temperature of up to 180°C throughout the entire printing process, making it ideal for printing from high-strength materials.
An auto-calibration function ensures high print quality and dimensional consistency, without requiring manual calibration of the machine. The machine is equipped with: 3DGence SLICER 4.0 software, UPS uninterruptible power supply and Smart Material Manager system checking the weight, type, colour and amount of filament on the spool. The total weight of the 3D printer is 350 kg.
