ADIRA BB 3515 servo electric press brake

ADIRA BB 3515 servo electric press brake was built in 2018 in Portugal by ADIRA – Metal Forming Solutions, S.A. The offered machine, apart from passing the start-up tests, has not worked in production and is like new.

The ADIRA BB3515 CNC press brake is the perfect choice for precision machining of workpieces with a maximum length of 1500 mm. The machine is distinguished by the use of many state-of-the-art technical solutions, thanks to which it will meet all, even the most intensive challenges of modern business. The powerful electric drive developed in Bluedrive technology, is free of any filters, seals and hydraulic oil compared to a standard hydraulic system. This solution makes the machine much faster, quieter and more environmentally friendly than other presses available on the market. The electric drive also eliminates the occurrence of the so-called deflection arrow and its compensation through even force distribution on the slider.

Furthermore, ADIRA’s patented HEXA-C design concept minimises the occurrence of any distortion during machining. This is possible by ensuring the parallelism and convergence of the mutual displacements of the punch and die planes. This solution also reduces the size and weight, lowering the machine’s transport costs.

The ADIRA BlueBender electric press brake is offered with an extensive range of equipment, including e.g. an intelligent CNC controller, a 2-axis back stop and a laser safety system. The total weight of the machine is 4500 kg.
