AFM DEFUM BACA R 1000 CNC vertical machining center built in 2005 in Poland is used for precision machining of workpieces in 4 axes (X,Y,Z,A). The machining process is performed by the machine inside a large work space by means of a powerful spindle and cutting tools taken from a 32-position magazine. Both the spindle speed and the work feeds are programmed using the FANUC numerical control, whose excellent optimisation and multitude of functions allow to exploit the full potential of the AFM BACA R 1000 CNC milling machine. All of this makes the BACA R 1000 CNC machining center an excellent choice for both series production and unit production. The total weight of the machine is 4000 kg.
