AGIE CHARMILLES FO 350SP die-sinking EDM was built in 2013 in China by Beijing Agie Charmilles Co., Ltd. The machine is in very good condition, fully operational and regularly serviced throughout its service life.

The AGIE CHARMILLES FO 350SP is used in the production of precision tools, moulds, dies or punches. The machine uses an electrical erosion method that enables complex shapes to be made in even the hardest materials. This method also minimises or completely eliminates the need to undertake additional finishing processes, such as polishing. The machining process is performed in a dielectric-filled work tank. The use of dielectric increases the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the workpieces, and its level and working pressure are continuously monitored by an advanced measurement system. The work table, in turn, has T-slots for fast and easy clamping of workpieces. All this is complemented by a CNC controller with an intuitive interface and many useful functions.
