AGIE CHARMILLES ROBOFIL 440 CC Wire EDM was manufactured in 2005 in Switzerland. It is equipped with numerical control with Windows XP system, which enables machining in five axes (X, Y, Z, U, V). The X, Y and Z axis travel range is 550 mm, 350 mm and 400 mm, respectively, and the axis movement speed is in the range of 0-900 mm / min. The cone has an angle of 30 degrees and a height of 400 mm. The bead core allows you to process an object with a maximum weight of 1500 kg and dimensions of 1200x700x400 mm. The total capacity of the dielectric, i.e. deionized water, is 1,200 l and its flow is automatically regulated. The cutter is equipped with a fast CleanCut generator, which protects against the electrolytic effect throughout the entire stage, from roughing to finishing. It provides a cutting speed of 400 mm2 / min and guarantees a minimum surface roughness of 0.2 µm.
