AIDA NC2-2000(2) eccentric press

AIDA NC2-2000(2) eccentric press manufactured in England was built in 2004. Manufactured from high quality sheet steel, the machine frame is characterised by high rigidity and counter-rotating design, while minimising the deflection factor occurring during machining. Equipped with a forged steel crankshaft, the machine is ideal for high-stress stamping operations.

The 250 mm stroke slider can be adjusted in a range of 110 mm and the number of strokes at no load is between 25 and 45 per minute. The press is equipped with a work table with dimensions (L x W) of 2420 x 840 mm and operates with a pressing force of 200 t. The total weight of the eccentric press is 27,000 kg.
