AJAN SHP 260 A plasma cutting machine was built in 2015 in Turkey. The machine used in the workpiece cutting process guarantees high dynamics and high precision of the parts to be cut, thanks to the design of the portal made of a lightweight and at the same time stiffened profile. Safety and user comfort are enhanced by the mounted sectional extraction table, which effectively eliminates any contamination generated during the cutting process.
Pre-programmed shapes in the CAD/CAM software AJANCAD are cut in workpieces with a maximum length of 6 metres, width of 2.5 metres and a thickness between 0.5 and 65 mm (structural steel), between 0.5 and 65 mm (stainless steel) or between 1.2 and 25 mm (aluminium). The plasma cutting machine is also equipped with an AJANCNC 952 Control CNC controller for full control of the machine’s operation and an AJAN PP 260 A plasma source with a power of 260 A.
