ALPHA LASER ALM 300 laser welding machine manufactured in 2018 in Germany is designed for precision machining of various types of components such as dies, moulds, tools and machine parts. The machine uses the laser beam welding method, in which materials are fused together with a concentrated light beam of high density. It results in an aesthetically pleasing, robust weld of excellent quality, while the process itself is much faster and more efficient than standard welding methods.
The offered ALPHALASER ALM 300 laser beam welding machine is also distinguished by its ease of use. All machining parameters are set via a panel with a membrane keypad or by using a multifunction foot switch. The operator can freely position and move the working head in the X,Y,Z axes using a special joystick located on the arm. The slim design of the head provides access to even the most inaccessible areas inside the workpiece. The ALPHA LASER ALM laser has been regularly serviced throughout its service life.
The ALPHA LASER laser welding system consists of:
– adjustable arm
– optics with LEICA microscope (10x zoom)
– display with membrane keyboard
– joystick for free positioning and movement of the workhead
– multifunctional foot switch
– complete workstation with work table
There is also the possibility to buy an exhaust extraction system, various welding wires, as well as spare parts, such as wire guide holders, lamps and magnets for an additional charge.
