ALPHATECH CELCIO 1525 CNC milling plotter was manufactured in 2022 in Poland. The milling machine with an increased rigidity of construction, is designed for machining among others metals in X, Y and Z axes. Feed rates in the axes are respectively 1550 (X axis), 2550 (Y axis) and 250 mm (Z axis). The machine has two MDF 18 mm boards bolted to the worktable as a base on which workpieces can be easily clamped.
The milling machine is equipped with a high quality ELTE TMPE3 12/2 electro-spindle with power of 2 kW, providing precise tool guidance and very high quality machining. Thanks to the high rotational speed of 24000 rpm, the workpiece machining process is significantly shortened.
The milling plotter is controlled using numerical control CNCgraF 7.1 Pro in polish language with DXF support. The control software has many useful functions, such as: oscillating axis function for directing the tangential axis in the material cutting direction by means of stepper motors, macros for defining work sequences and NESTING for arranging 2D elements to save space on the workpiece.
