AMADA EUROPE 258 turret punching machine

The AMADA EUROPE 258 turret punching machine was built in 2003 and installed in 2004. The machine has a pressing force of 20 tons, which allows the processing of a sheet with a maximum thickness of 6 mm and a weight of 100 kg. The maximum size of the punched sheet with the intercept is 4000×1250 mm, and 2000×1250 mm without the intercept. The FANUC 18i-PB numerical control allows programming in three axes (X, Y, Z). The press is equipped with a turret magazine, which holds 27 pieces of tools (including 3 rotary tools) and rotates at a speed of 25 rpm. The largest tool in the magazine can be 88.9mm in diameter.
