AMADA LCG 3015 AJ fiber laser was built in 2016 in Japan by Amada Co., Ltd. It is an extremely versatile machine designed for precision machining of a wide range of materials, i.e. structural steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper. It is distinguished by the use of state-of-the-art components and a robust design that maintains stability during even the most demanding challenges.
The sheet metal cutting process is performed by means of fibre optic technology, which offers many advantages over traditional cutting methods. The use of this technology in production makes it possible to quickly cut complex shapes with the highest precision and accuracy. It is also distinguished by its high energy efficiency, which results in lower energy consumption and a significant reduction in operating costs.
The AMADA LCG-3015 AJ is equipped with a reliable cutting head with an efficient drive, guaranteeing very high dynamics and a feed rate of up to 120 m/min. It also features an autofocus function, which automatically adjusts the focal position according to the thickness of the material. The CleanCut system utilises a high-pressure inert asist gas to prevent oxidation of cut edges. This ensures that workpieces made of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium stand out with highly precise, oxide-free edges. All this makes the offered AMADA LCG AJ 3015 laser cutting machine an excellent choice for both series and unit production. The total weight of the machine is 8200 kg.
