APATOR-BISPO powder coating plant

APATOR-BISPO powder coating plant was built in Poland in 1998. The powder coating plant covers up to 24 workpieces with a maximum weight of 30 kg with a special corrosion protection coating. The transport of workpieces between the individual treatment stages is performed by an overhead conveyor with hooks with a length of 1940 mm.

Composition of a complete powder coating plant:

• coating chamber with dust collectors with a spray window size of 700 x 1200 mm (2 units)
• coating chamber with WAGNER dust collector with a spray window size of 1000 x 1200 mm (1 unit)
• melting chamber
• dryer
• spray washer
• hand-held powder spray gun: NORDSON SURE COAT (2 units)
• overhead conveyor with workpiece hooks
• control cabinet
