ATLANTIC ATS 3006 hydraulic guillotine shears

ATLANTIC ATS 3006 hydraulic guillotine shears were manufactured in 2008. By equipping the machine with two hardened cutting knives with angle and gap adjustment, the guillotine achieves the highest quality and precision in machining workpieces with a maximum length of 3050 mm and a thickness of 6 mm. The machine’s special design also ensures that sheet metal deformations are within tolerance, making both the workpiece and the cut-off ready for further machining. The workpiece, which is held firmly on the work table, is processed by a cutting bar driven by hydraulic cylinders with a ground piston embedded in a cast iron housing. The ATLANTIC guillotine shears are offered with equipment consisting e.g. of light curtains, foot control and SP8 control panel.
