ATMA ATMACE 710/G screen printing machine was built in 2012 by Taiwanese manufacturer ATMA CHAMP ENT. CORP. It is the perfect solution for precision printing of medium-sized items, i.e. posters, car stickers and advertisements, on both rigid and flexible flat substrates. The process is performed on a large vacuum table, which is made of high-strength aluminium alloy. In turn, the quick change and positioning of the screen frame is ensured by a special handle, equipped with a micro screen adjustment and pneumatic lock. To increase the efficiency of the printing process, the ATMACE 710/G screen printing machine allows integration with other machines in the production line. The total weight of the machine is 1290 kg.
The offer price also includes the AERORTERM ULTRATERM UV 1100/3000 drying tunnel from 2009. The unit, built by the Czech company AEROTERM a.s., is designed for curing UV inks and varnishes. The process is performed by a row of UV lamps with an intercooler and end-cooling of the printed materials. Each UV lamp can be switched on separately. In addition, dichroic mirrors and quartz filters significantly reduce the drying temperature, making it possible to process thermally sensitive materials, i.e. thin films.
