Automatic eccentric press PLASOMAT PAD 63 A is a press of general purpose. It was produced in 1978 by Warsaw Automatic Press Factory. The machine has a pressing force of 63 tons. The slider is capable of 100-320 strokes per minute and the stroke adjustment range is 0-60 mm. The press is used for stamping products from the strip. It is able to perform cutting, bending and shallow-drawing operations – in terms of allowable pressures, number of strokes and allowable energy. The automatic press has a bottom drive and works continuously. Operations on it are automated. The program is controlled by the Mitsubishi driver. The machine is equipped with a continuously variable transmission, smooth speed control, and an adjustable roller and roller belt feeder. Additionally, it has an openwork cutter (guillotine) and an unwinding drum (unwinder / rewinder). The machine is equipped with six pillows, four rollers, an intermediate plate and a square key (19).
