AVALON WR120 trough vibratory machine built in 2017 in Poland, uses ceramic or resin shapes introduced into vibration for mass deburring, smoothing, edge rounding and cleaning metal workpieces. Efficient machining over the entire working surface is achieved thanks to the high amplitude and low frequency of the vibrations.
Vibratory finishing set composition:
– vibratory trough finishing machine: AVALON WR120
– control panel with timer and frequency converter mounted on stand
– sound-absorbing chamber cover
– machining fluid metering pump: WR120/TE60 (TEKNA)
– machining fluid distribution system: COMMONRAIL WR120
The working chamber of the trough vibratory machine was made of high-quality material with almost 8 times the abrasion resistance of steel. The trough vibratory machine was used for a small amount of time – it worked a total of around 100 hours. The total weight of the machine is 610 kg.
