AVIA FNE 40NC bed milling machine

AVIA FNE 40NC bed milling machine was built in 2001 in Poland by Fabryka Obrabiarek Precyzyjnych AVIA S.A. The machine is used for precision machining of workpieces with a maximum weight of 400 kg. The machining process is performed in three axes by means of a reliable spindle with stepless speed adjustment. The spindle, mounted on a swivel workhead, moves in the Z axis on precision vertical guides. Movement in the X and Y axes is performed by a work table set on a rigid frame. All this is complemented by the easy-to-use HEIDENHAIN NC control system, in which even the most advanced programmes can be created in just a few steps. The AVIA FNE toolroom milling machine weighs 1900 kg.
