AVIA FNE 50N CNC milling machine

AVIA FNE 50N CNC milling machine was built in 1998 in Poland by Fabryka Obrabiarek Precyzyjnych AVIA S.A. The machine is fully operational and has been regularly serviced throughout its service life.

The AVIA FNE 50N was designed for precision machining of workpieces made of, e.g. steel, cast iron or aluminium. The machining process is performed inside a large work space by means of a reliable spindle with stepless rotational speed adjustment. When removed from the head, the spindle can operate both vertically and horizontally, with the same parameters. The work table with a length of approximately 1250 mm and a width of 500 mm, on the other hand, has T-slots for easy mounting of workpieces and tooling. All this is complemented by an intelligent HEIDENHAIN controller, offering convenient operation and access to many advanced functions. The AVIA FNE toolroom milling machine weighs 3000 kg.
