AVIA X-5 1250/630 5-AXIS CNC milling centre

AVIA X-5 1250/630 5-AXIS CNC milling centre built in Poland in 2012, is used for precision machining of workpieces of a weight up to 1000 kg. The numerically controlled vertical rotary head of the machine allows machining workpieces with the most complex shapes in 5 axes (X,Y,Z,C,B). The operation of the vertical rotary head, combined with the high performance electro-spindle operating at max. speed of 18000 rpm, achieves greater machining accuracy and reduction of production cycle time.

The tool magazine of the machine, with a capacity of 40 pieces, performs a quick tool change operation in just 14 seconds. The five-axis machining centre is offered with a wide range of equipment, including a rotary table with a diameter of 630 mm and a HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 CNC control. The total weight of the CNC milling machine is 10000 kg.
