BATTENFELD TM 1300 injection moulding machine was built in 2004 in Austria by BATTENFELD GmbH. The machine is used for the economical mass production of plastic parts of various colours, shapes and sizes. The workpieces are produced using the injection moulding method, in which plasticised plastic is fed into a mould and then closed with high press force. In order to achieve parts with high repeatability and durability, the machine uses many reliable components with excellent parameters, including a high-precision mould clamping system operating at a force of up to 130 tonnes. All this is complemented by the intuitive UNILOG B4 CNC control with its many useful functions, which allows programming of the operating modes in just a few steps. The TM 1300 injection moulding machine weighs 7000 kg.
