BAYKAL APHS 31300 CNC hydraulic press brake

BAYKAL APHS 31300 CNC hydraulic press brake built in 2020 in Turkey is used for precision machining of sheet metal with a maximum length of 3100 mm. The state-of-the-art components together with a high press force of 300 tonnes ensure excellent bending quality of even the hardest materials. The entire work area is protected by a special system from the renowned German brand FIESSLER ELEKTRONIK, which automatically stops the machine if the laser beam is interrupted. Perfect positioning accuracy during the machining process is in turn ensured by the 5-axis back stop, driven by a powerful servomotor via ball screws. All of this is complemented by the DELEM CNC control, in which advanced machining programmes are created in just a few steps. Over its entire service life the APHS 31300 CNC press brake has worked a total of 782 hours. The total weight of the machine is 15000 kg.
