BAYKAL HGL 3106 guillotine shears

BAYKAL HGL 3106 guillotine shears were manufactured in Turkey in 2014. A reliable machine characterised by an extremely robust structure, uses high-quality cutting knives set at an angle of 1.6° for precise processing of sheets with a maximum length of 3060 mm and a thickness of 6 mm. The body of the BAYKAL HGL 3106 x 6 guillotine features an operator panel with NC controller, which allows, among other things, adjustment of the knife gap setting or repositioning of the back stop.

The machine has a number of conveniences and features to improve operator safety and comfort, such as light curtains to prevent unwanted entry into the working area, a foot pedal for more comfortable guillotine operation and an emergency stop button.
