BEKA-MAK BMSY 440 DGH metal band saw was built in 2020 in Turkey by BEKA-MAK MAKİNA SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. The machine is designed for the precise cutting of workpieces with circular, rectangular and square cross-sections at angles in the range from +60° to -60°. High machining accuracy, combined with a number of well-proven technical solutions, makes the machine ideal for use in professional industrial plants and workshops.

The BEKA-MAK BMSY 440 DGH is characterised by a stable design based on a robust, rotating arm. Cutting is performed using a 5200 mm saw blade, whose precise guidance is ensured by guides with rollers and carbide inserts. The movable coolant tank cooperates with an electric pump, supplying coolant to both band guide units. A hydraulic vice ensures the workpiece is held securely in place during cutting. The BMSY 440 DGH semi-automatic band saw is offered with a comprehensive range of equipment, including, among others, a hydromechanical band tensioning system with a manometer and a hydraulic angle-setting brake with a digital position readout. The total weight of the machine is 1570 kg.
