BENDMAK CYL-ST 140-15/6.0 3-roll plate rolling machine

BENDMAK CYL-ST 140-15/6.0 3-roll plate rolling machine was manufactured in Turkey in 2022. The machine is used to bend sheet metal into the shape of circles and gutters and thanks to the asymmetrical arrangement of the rollers, also to roll cones and perform accurate sheet metal bending. The plate rolling machine processes workpieces made of stainless steel, mild steel or aluminium having a maximum thickness of 6 mm and a length of 1600 mm.

The plate rolling machine is characterised by an extremely robust construction made of the best quality steel and three hardened rollers, each with a diameter of 140 mm, allowing to obtain the best bending quality. A portable control system with an installed SIEMENS LOGO! PLC controller and safety switch, allow for complete control of the machining process. The total weight of the machine is 1450 kg.
