BLIN BL-Y600 CNC machining centre

BLIN BL-Y600 CNC machining centre was built by the Chinese company BLIN MACHINERY CO., Ltd. in 2014. The machine is used for fast and precise machining of metal workpieces weighing up to 300 kg, in three axes X,Y,Z. Machining takes place on a working table with a length of 800 mm and a width of 400 mm, while the feeds are 600 mm in the X axis, 400 mm in the Y axis and 450 mm in the Z axis, respectively.

High productivity and speed of machining is possible due to a mounted spindle of the milling machine performing from 100 to 8000 revolutions per minute and a tool magazine with a capacity of 16 pieces, changing tools in just 4 seconds. The vertical machining centre is equipped with, among other CNC controller SIEMENS SINUMERIK 808D with a control panel located on the machine body and a central lubrication system. The total weight of the machining centre is 3200 kg.
