BLIN BL-Y600 CNC machining centre

BLIN BL-Y600 CNC machining centre built by the Chinese company BLIN MACHINERY CO., Ltd. in 2015, performs drilling, threading and milling of workpieces weighing up to 300 kg. Fast and precise machining is performed in three X,Y,Z axes with feeds of 600 mm (X axis), 400 mm (Y axis) and 450 mm (Z axis), on a machine working table with dimensions (L x W) of 800 x 400 mm.

The vertical machining centre guarantees the highest quality of machining, and thanks to the used spindle performing from 100 to 8000 revolutions per minute, the process is significantly shortened, saving valuable time. The tools used during machining are stored in a 16-unit drum type tool magazine with a changing time of just 4 seconds. Full control of the milling machine is provided by a SIEMENS SINUMERIK 808D CNC controller with a control panel, which is used to set every parameter of the machining process. The total weight of the CNC milling machine is 3200 kg.
