BLM E-TURN 40 CNC tube bending machine built in 2008 in Italy, is the ideal solution for any industrial plant emphasising excellent precision and quality in the machining of profiles and round, square and oval tubes. The machine, distinguished by its specially designed construction made of electrically welded stainless steel, performs fully automatic, series production of complex spatial workpieces in 12 numerically controlled axes.
The cycle begins by connecting the tube to a die by a clamping device. The head then bends the workpiece right or left, and the clamping point of the head can be moved laterally while maintaining the same vertical position. This makes it possible to perform bending with a different radius by interpolating the movements (Q and R). Throughout the process, the BLM CNC tube and profile bending machine uses an automatically lubricated mandrel unit to prevent creases, distortion or ovality. Once the cycle is complete, the machine automatically stops, allowing the machined workpiece to be unloaded freely.
The E-TURN 40 CNC electric tube bending machine is offered with a control system consisting of an industrial computer and CNC controller. The software has many useful functions for optimising production times and increasing productivity, such as real-time production management, automatic troubleshooting and graphic simulation of machining.
