BODOR P3015 fibre laser cutting machine was built in 2020. The machine designed for even the most demanding challenges is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, guaranteeing excellent cutting quality at low operating costs. During the performed process, the robust structure with welded bed frame achieves excellent mechanical properties as well as high stability and rigidity.
Sheet metal made of e.g. aluminium, brass and stainless steel is machined by a cutting head with many useful functions. One of these features is Auto Focus, which automatically adjusts the focal position to compensate for errors or failures. Furthermore, the cutting head is able to detect protruding obstacles, which can cause damage and high maintenance costs. The nozzle is changed by the P3015 fibre laser fully automatically in a very short time.
The BODOR fiber laser is equipped with the intelligent Bodor Thinker CNC control with touchscreen. This controller is distinguished by its many useful functions, convenient operation and high reliability. To maximise production efficiency, the operator panel also includes BodorMES software used for order management and cost estimation and analysis.
