BORCHE BH500 injection moulding machine was built in 2016 in China by BORCHE BORCH MACHINERY CO., LTD. The machine is designed for the efficient production of plastic components used in many industrial sectors and in everyday products. The production process utilises the injection moulding method, which involves injecting plasticised plastic under high pressure into a closed mould, where the material cools and takes on the mould’s shape. This technology enables the rapid and precise production of repeatable components with complex geometries.
The BORCHE BH500 has been designed for demanding mass production and intensive use. The machine is equipped, among others, with an 80 mm diameter screw and a precision mould clamping system with a force of 500 tonnes, which ensures a stable process. All operating parameters are programmed via the intuitive KEBA control system, which enables convenient and efficient operation of the machine.
