BYSTRONIC BySpeed 3015 laser cutting machine

BYSTRONIC BySpeed 3015 laser cutting machine was built in 2005 in Switzerland by Bystronic Laser AG. The machine on offer has been regularly maintained throughout its service life and is in very good technical condition.

BYSTRONIC BySpeed 3015 is an excellent solution for precise cutting of a wide range of materials, i.e. stainless steel or aluminum. Thanks to the use of a number of well-proven solutions, the machine is perfect for both unit and series production. Workpieces with a maximum length of 3000 mm and a width of 1500 mm are machined by a high-quality laser beam with a power of 4.4 kW. The beam is generated by a reliable source with the highest energy efficiency. The cutting head with a powerful drive, in turn, provides very dynamic operation and a feed rate of up to 169 m/min. All this is complemented by a robust design that maintains the highest stability during even the most demanding challenges.

Each stage of machining, from the loading of the material, through cutting, to the collection of the finished part is fully automatic. The BYSTRONIC BySpeed laser cutting machine is equipped with advanced automation systems that completely eliminate the need for manual work by the operator. This solution significantly accelerates and increases production efficiency, while reducing machine downtime to a minimum at the same time. All machining parameters, in turn, are programmed in the advanced BYSTRONIC ByVision CNC controller with an intuitive interface. The total weight of the machine is approximately 12 tons.
