CANON OCÉ ARIZONA 460XT large format printer built in Canada in 2013, is designed to provide the user with near photographic quality of prints with excellent text clarity. To make this possible, the CANON inkjet printer uses a piezoelectric method, during which special crystals change their shape and volume under tension and pressure on a membrane, and then splash under high pressure onto the printed surface. The use of this technology results in excellent image sharpness, density and uniformity, both while printing on a roll media and on a flat substrate.
The OCÉ ARIZONA 460XT UV flatbed printer has an extra large work table with a vacuum system, with which oversized media with a maximum size (L x W) of 3060 x 2510 mm are held stationary to ensure accurate registration of multiple prints. Printing of large-format media uses a piezo head configured for CMYK + WHITE colour support, which cures them using UV light. The ARIZONA 460XT industrial printer weighs 1665 kg.
