CNC PROFI CK6156 CNC turning center

CNC PROFI CK6156 CNC turning center was built in 2015 in Poland by CNC PROFI. The machine has worked a small number of hours and is in very good technical condition.

The CNC PROFI CK6156 is designed for precision machining of workpieces with a maximum diameter of 560 mm and length of 1000 mm. The turning process is performed fully automatically in the X and Z axes by means of a spindle and cutting tools taken from an 8-position turret. The spindle, driven by a high-powered motor, reaches a maximum speed of 1800 rpm. Stable support of the workpiece during turning is provided by a tailstock that increases the accuracy of the entire process. This is complemented by a SIEMENS CNC controller with an intuitive interface and access to many advanced functions. All this makes the offered CK6156 CNC turning center an excellent choice for the production of precise and repeatable parts used in many industries. The total weight of the machine is 2700 kg.
