COMAU C4G RCC1 PW robotic welding station

The COMAU C4G RCC1 PW robotic welding station was built in 2007 by the Italian company Comau Robotics. The station consists of a rotary table and two welding robots. The welding robots have 6 axes controlled by a C4G controller. The range of the robot arm is 1400 mm.

The rotary table of the workstation has dimensions (L x W) of 2000 x 1400 mm and the maximum load of the table can be up to 800 kg. The COMAU C4G RCC1 PW welding station is also equipped with a Binzle CAT2 wire feeder, Fronius Trans Plus Synergy 4000 power source and Fronius FK 4000 R – VR1500 4R / WE cooling.
