CORMAK MILL850 CNC machining center

CORMAK MILL850 CNC machining center was built in 2025. The machine has only undergone a test run and has never been in operation, it is like brand new.

The CORMAK MILL850 1000 x 500 is the perfect choice for precision machining of workpieces with a maximum weight of 500 kg. The machine is distinguished by the use of many well-proven components that guarantee reliability and long-term performance. The machining process is performed inside a large, fully illuminated workspace. This space has been fully maximised to ensure the freedom of the performed operations. The hermetic enclosure of the workspace prevents possible dangers, as well as keeping the work area clean.

The hardened work table with a length of 1000 mm and a width of 500 mm enables secure fixing of workpieces without overloading the design. The spindle, driven by a high-powered motor, reaches speeds of up to 12000 rpm. A closed cooling system, combined with cooling through the spindle, ensures optimum spindle operating conditions and efficient heat dissipation. The movement of all linear axes, in turn, is performed on precision linear guide rails to guarantee smooth movements and high positioning accuracy. All this is complemented by the advanced SIEMENS control system, in which even the most complex machining programmes are created in just a few steps. The CORMAK MILL 850 CNC vertical machining center is offered with a wide range of equipment, consisting of, among others, a RENISHAW measuring probe and a 4th axis that expands the machining possibilities. The total weight of the machine is 5000 kg.
