CORMAK PW-1530 AST 1500×3000 plasma-gas cutting machine

CORMAK PW-1530 AST 1500×3000 plasma-gas cutting machine was manufactured in 2020 in Poland. The machine characterised by its simplicity and ease of use, is used in the cutting process of shapes in workpieces with a maximum thickness of 60 mm. The machine’s work table, made of lightweight aluminium profiles with interchangeable comb bars, is equipped with a two-section extraction system that effectively eliminates contaminants generated during the cutting process.

The PW-1530 AST cutting machine ensures excellent cutting accuracy and high repeatability, thanks to a THC voltage height adjuster designed for precise adjustment of the distance between the torch and the sheet metal during processing. The machine’s extensive equipment includes a camera mounted at the torch for easier positioning from further down the table, a SHERMAN CUTTER-130 CNC plasma source and CAD/CAM FastCAM software with NESTING function for designing and defining cutting paths.

The CNC plasma cutting machine has been used for a small amount of time and is in very good condition.
