The DANOBAT NA 750 CNC lathe was built in 2001 by Danobat S. Coop. in Spain. The machine is equipped with SIEMENS Sinumerik numerical control, a tool measuring probe and DUPLOMATIC tool head. Headstock of the DANOBAT NA 750 machine
The headstock consists of a main spindle mounted on bearings and a pulley receiving a rotary motion. The headstock assembly is attached to the machine body in such a way that it will not be seriously damaged in the event of a possible collision. The main spindle is driven by the main motor via a belt. The main spindle is supported at the front by three angular contact ball bearings (25 ° angle) compressed into a package; and in the rear part on a double roller bearing with a tapered inner ring that eliminates play. These bearings are lubricated with KLUBER ISOFLEX SUPER LDS-18 grease, which ensures maintenance-free operation for 20,000 hours.
