DENER SERVOBRAKE 4015 CNC press brake

DENER SERVOBRAKE 4015 CNC press brake which was built in Turkey in 2016, guarantees the highest quality of workpiece machining with simultaneous low energy consumption and low operating costs. Distinguished by its sturdy construction and state-of-the-art technology, the machine is equipped with a powerful electric drive based on servomotors and belts with a multi-belt system.

Replacing the standard hydraulic system with an electric drive makes the SERVOBRAKE DENER DDM 4015 servo press brake much easier to maintain and faster than conventional hydraulic presses. This is possible because the machine is free of hydraulic oil, filters, seals and other hydraulic components. The electric drive also eliminates the occurrence of the so-called deflection arrow and its compensation through even force distribution on the slider.

The DENER servo electric press brake is also equipped with an intuitive DELEM DA-66T CNC controller with graphic programming of machining modes and 3D visualisation of the performed production. During its use, the CNC press has undergone regular servicing and has worked 3781 hours to date. The total weight of the machine is 4600 kg.
