DIEFFENBACHER PO 500A hydraulic press

DIEFFENBACHER PO 500A hydraulic press was built in 1978 in Germany by J. Dieffenbacher GmbH & Co. The machine has been regularly maintained and upgraded throughout its service life. In 2017, a major upgrade was carried out, which included replacing the electrical cabinet, installing light curtains and adding a SIEMENS SIMATIC HMI TOUCH touchscreen operator panel. The seals and electrical system were also replaced.

The DIEFFENBACHER PO 500A is the perfect choice for even the most demanding metal forming operations. It enables the execution of such operations as die stamping, punching, calibration of forgings and hot and cold bending. All these machining processes are performed with a high press force of up to 500 tonnes, which, combined with a highly dynamic slider, guarantees the best machining results. The machine is also characterised by a rigid body made of thick steel plates and a large work table with a length of 1600 mm and a width of 900 mm. The PO 500 A double column press weighs 27 tonnes.
