DMG MORI CMX 70 U CNC machining center was built in 2018 in Poland by FAMOT Pleszew Sp. z o.o.. The machine, designed for precision five-axis workpiece machining, is distinguished by the use of reliable components and modern technical solutions. Supported at 4 points, the cast mineral bed, perfectly dampens any vibrations while ensuring proper heat extraction from the workspace. Inside the machine’s large, fully illuminated workspace, there is, among others, a tilting rotary table, a 30-position tool magazine and a reliable spindle with an optimum speed range. In turn, the linear axes (X,Y,Z) use a direct measuring system in the form of measuring scales to achieve the best accuracy and repeatability. All this is complemented by a touchscreen operator panel with intuitive SIEMENS CNC control. All these technical solutions, combined with the extensive range of equipment, guarantee uninterrupted, precise operation for many years of use.
