DONATONI P425 bridge saw

DONATONI P425 bridge saw was built in 2023 in Italy by Donatoni Macchine Srl. The machine is designed for precision machining of slabs and small blocks made of e.g. ceramic, stoneware and natural stone with a maximum thickness of 115 mm. It enables a number of advanced operations to be performed, such as cross-cutting, bevel cutting, hole drilling and milling. All these machining processes are performed fully automatically, while maintaining the high quality and repeatability of the manufactured parts. The cutting head, equipped with a reliable electro-spindle, operates in 5 axes. The movement of all axes is performed by brushless digital drives, cooperating with precision gears.

The DONATONI P425 is distinguished by its monobloc design made of electro-welded and hot-dip galvanised steel. The design includes, among others, a bridge, carriage and tilting work table. The workspace is protected by safety covers with sliding doors to facilitate the loading and unloading of workpieces. The whole machine is extremely compact, making it ideal for both large production halls and smaller plants where it is important to optimise the use of available space.

The DONATONI P425 CNC bridge saw is controlled by the advanced Parametrix software. This system streamlines production preparation and reduces the time needed to program the machine, while providing full control over each stage of the work. Thanks to the NESTING module, parts are arranged on the slab in a way that reduces waste and the number of unnecessary cuts. This solution enables better material utilisation, faster production and a reduction in the cost of orders.
