DOOSAN DNM 4500 CNC machining center

DOOSAN DNM 4500 CNC machining center was built in 2022 (purchased as new in 2023) in South Korea by DN SOLUTIONS. The machine, designed for precision machining of workpieces with a maximum weight of 600 kg, is equipped with a number of reliable components that ensure uninterrupted operation for many years of intensive production. The machining processes, i.e. drilling, threading and milling, are performed inside a large work area by means of cutting tools and a powerful spindle with direct drive. All this is complemented by the intelligent SIEMENS CNC controller, in which advanced machining programmes are created in just a few steps. Throughout its entire service life, the machine has worked for just 83 hours. The DOOSAN milling center weighs 5000 kg.
