DURMA VN 2006 hydraulic corner notching machine

DURMA VN 2006 hydraulic corner notching machine was built in 2016. The machine, equipped with state-of-the-art solutions and reliable components, is designed for machining workpieces made of plain and alloy steel with a maximum thickness of 6 mm. The machining process is performed on a robust, machined table with T-slots for fast and accurate tool positioning. Thanks to the automatic adjustment of the blade, high quality of material notching is achieved with the correct gradation and straightness of the cutting edge. The cutting angle is adjustable from 30° to 140° using knobs located on both sides of the machine. The three upper and four lower hydraulic cylinders in turn ensure that accurate and repeatable notching is achieved. The VN 2006 corner notching machine weighs 950 kg.
