EBS Ink-Jet EBS-230 industrial inkjet printer

EBS Ink-Jet EBS-230 industrial inkjet printer built in 2014, is a modern industrial printer of the DOD (Drop-on-Demand) type. The stainless steel body contains a compressor with air filter, print head, control panel, ink filter, electronics with control unit (CPU) and memory. The device can be attached to e.g. a fibre laser head or an industrial plotter providing instant non-contact marking during the cutting process of the workpiece.

Clear and permanent printing is guaranteed on cardboard, plastics, textiles, leather and leather-like products, wood and wood-like products, ceramics, and also on various metal surfaces.

The EBS Ink-Jet EBS-230 printer has a number of advantages, such as:
– small size, allowing the printer to be installed directly at the installed object (even in a hard-to-reach place),
– independence of the printer from the control device,
– power supply from the electric mains only,
– possibility to install the printer in any position,
– possibility to equip the printer with a 7-, 12- or 16-rod printhead (the presented model has a 7-rod printhead),
– printing of variable data, such as: current date, time, warranty date, ascending and descending numbering,
– easy entering and changing of printing texts and parameters thanks to the connected PC with Windows operating system and optionally using the T200 terminal,
– recognition of the labelled objects by a photodetector,
– possibility to connect a speed sensor, thanks to which the printer allows to print on objects moving at a constant speed,
– fully automated operation,
– status signalling and information in case of necessary maintenance,
– full control of ink bottles,
– possibility of continuous work 24 hours a day.
