ECKERT JANTAR 2 plasma cutting machine was manufactured in 2008 in Poland. The machine equipped with a large working table of 12500 x 2500 mm (length x width) is designed for cutting oversized metal sheets made of carbon and low-alloy steel of maximum thickness of 25 mm (plasma cutting) or 110 mm (oxygen cutting). The torches are powered by a highly efficient HYPERTHERM HPR260 plasma source with a power of 260 A, guaranteeing excellent precision and many years of trouble-free operation.
The ECKERT JANTAR 2 12.5×2.5 m plasma-gas cutting machine ensures a high level of safety. A KEMPER filtration system with self-cleaning filters and an extraction table eliminate contamination generated during workpiece machining. The plasma cutting machine is numerically controlled by an ECS 859 controller with all the necessary functions for efficient use of the machine.
