ECKERT JANTAR plasma cutting machine

ECKERT JANTAR plasma cutting machine was manufactured in 2022 in Poland. The machine is used for cutting pre-programmed shapes in metal sheets having a maximum thickness of 40 mm, made of black steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel or aluminium. The portal of the plasma cutting machine made of the highest quality welded steel was extended by 700 mm in width, making it possible to cut workpieces of any size, as well as to mount a rotator for pipes and profiles.

The plasma cutting machine features a torch equipped with an HD3000 support with distance adjustment by measuring the plasma arc voltage. The high-speed servo drive together with the ball-screw transmission, allows full use of the torch’s capabilities, making it possible for example to precisely control the height of the torch above the cut sheet. Such a solution ensures the highest precision and quality in cutting workpieces.

The pollution generated during sheet metal processing is eliminated by an extraction table over the entire working area. The machine is also equipped with, among others an ECS 872 CNC controller with an intuitive interface, a HYPERTHERM XPR 170 plasma generator and a WALTER SKTG 7.5P COMBO/500 screw compressor with a capacity of 1000 l/min and a refrigeration dryer.
