ECKERT SZAFIR BL2 4 m x 12 m plasma-gas cutting machine

The ECKERT SZAFIR BL2 4 m x 12 m plasma-gas cutting machine was built in 2007. The machine has a working table with dimensions (W x L): 3000 mm x 12000 mm and a plasma-gas portal consisting of two propane torches and a plasma torch. The plasma torch allows cutting black steel with a thickness of 35 mm, while the propane torches cut metal sheets with a maximum thickness of 120 mm.

Additionally, the plasma-gas cutting machine is equipped with a plasma unit Hypertherm 260A, a water – air extraction table, and the whole is controlled with a CNC controller MEFI 859. The machine was serviced on an ongoing basis. We also offer another cutting machine of this type with a plasma portal and a scribing device.
