ELUMATEC SA 142/36 automatic circular sawing machine

ELUMATEC SA 142/36 automatic circular sawing machine produced in 2001 in Germany is designed for cutting aluminium and PVC joinery at a constant 90° angle. In the machining process, the machine uses a reliable circular saw with a diameter of 500 mm, which ensures incredible cutting quality while achieving short work cycles. The material is fed into the workspace on roller conveyors with the option of selecting single, double or triple feeding by means of a special switch. The installed horizontal cylinders further ensure that the process is carried out safely.

Until now, the ELUMATEC aluminium sawing machine has only been used to cut aluminium profiles. The total weight of the machine is approximately 800 kg.
