ELWIK RT-C1 hot runner control system

ELWIK RT-C1 hot runner control system is a very important device for ensuring the right temperature during the injection process. The temperature controller for an injection moulding machine, having one heating zone with current load of 16 A, is used in cooperation with central nozzles, which enables the processing of all types of plastics. The temperature can be regulated from 0°C to 500°C.

Thanks to the functions and protections used, the temperature cmould temperature controller guarantees continuous and uninterrupted operation, preventing, for example, complete burning out of the heater by drying it when the supply voltage is reduced. The extremely important auto-adaptation function automatically sets the P, PI, PID parameters without exceeding the set temperature, while the sequential control, especially important with a large number of nozzles installed in the mould, significantly reduces the load on the power supply network.
